The coffee bean is naturally green in color, but once it is roasted, it turns brown. After roasting, beans will be picked and bagged for distribution. Some of the beans go straight to markets and shops which sell fresh roasted coffee beans, while there are other supplies of beans which are sent to factories for grinding and pre-packaging so that they can then be sold as instant coffee.
